Avant tout, le cœur du responsable. Ce parcours ne s'anime pas comme on récite un programme — il se porte. Le manuel de fond, c'est « Rassemblons les pierres » : pourquoi ces sept principes, quelle posture, comment mener l'étude sans blesser.First of all, the leader's heart. This journey is not run like reciting a program — it is carried. The core manual is “Let us gather the stones”: why these seven principles, what posture, how to lead the study without wounding.
