Quatre grandes rencontres, environ une par mois. Entre elles, on garde le feu allumé par la prière, le sabbat et le jeûne.Four main meetings, about one a month. Between them, the fire is kept alive through prayer, the Sabbath and fasting.

- Comprendre.Understand. L'esprit avant la lettre : lis le cœur du responsable, « Rassemblons les pierres ».Spirit before letter — read the leader's heart, “Let us gather the stones”.
- Préparer.Prepare. Choisis ta rencontre ci-dessous : lis son Guide animateur, imprime les Fiches (une par participant), prévois le matériel (listé dans le programme).Choose your session below: read its Facilitator guide, print the Sheets (one per participant), gather the materials (listed in the program).
- Mener.Lead. Le jour J, garde le Programme en main et suis le déroulé minuté. Moins de 3 h ? Prends la version 1h30.On the day, keep the Program in hand and follow the timed flow. Less than 3 h? Take the 1h30 version.
- Consolider.Consolidate. Entre deux rencontres, garde le feu : prière (Kerith), sabbat, jeûne.Between two meetings, keep the fire: prayer (Kerith), Sabbath, fasting.
Avant la rencontre — préparerBefore the meeting — prepare
- Le temps.Time. Prévois 3 h (ou 1 h 30 en version courte). Fixe la date ~1 mois après la précédente.Allow 3 h (or 1 h 30 short version). Set the date ~1 month after the previous one.
- Le lieu.The room. Une salle avec des tables : les ateliers se vivent en petits groupes.A room with tables: the workshops happen in small groups.
- Les animateurs de table.Table facilitators. Un accompagnateur par table (2 à 6 personnes) pour les ateliers A/B/C — tu ne peux pas être partout.One facilitator per table (2 to 6 people) for workshops A/B/C — you can't be everywhere.
- Le matériel.Materials. Listé en tête de chaque Programme (bougies, papiers, bocaux…). Imprime les Fiches, une par participant.Listed at the top of each Program (candles, papers, jars…). Print the Sheets, one per participant.
- Toi.You. Lis le Guide animateur la veille.Read the Facilitator guide the day before.

Ce parcours se vit sur ≈ 4 mois, une rencontre par mois. L'essentiel n'est pas la rencontre elle-même, mais les semaines qui suivent, où la famille vit ce qu'elle a reçu. Résistez à l'envie de tout enchaîner : le fruit est dans l'intervalle.This journey unfolds over ≈ 4 months — one meeting per month. What matters is not the meeting itself, but the weeks that follow, when the family lives what it received. Resist the urge to rush through: the fruit is in the interval.
